Jewish Cemetery in Siemiatycze

The cemetery was established in the 18th century and it covers the area of 2 hectares. It constitutes remains of a ghetto that was located in Siemiatycze during the 2nd World War. Some individual tombstones and the original wall with a brick gate leading to the cemetery with tombstones commemorating the victims of the ghetto liquidation. At the cemetery there is a mass grace - a burial place of 70 people murdered during the II World War.
